Bilingual Youth Program Coordinator

The YPC will be involved in all youth programming including; facilitating youth support groups, moderating Discord server, managing mentorship program and providing outreach and for TransFamily Support Services (TFSS). The YPC will represent TFSS at local GSAs and other community events as needed. The primary goal is to create and maintain thriving transgender youth programs. Other essential duties include some administrative tasks related to the groups and youth programs. The position will collaborate with all of our Youth Outreach teams and reports directly to the Youth Program Manager.

This position is a combination of remote and onsite role, requiring in-person attendance for school collaboration and other community outreach. Full time position with salary range $15-$17 an hour and health benefits in 2022.
