Family Engagement Sessions

Whether you’re a parent, caregiver, or family of— your journey with us starts here.

Our Family Engagement Sessions are a one-on-one space where we listen, learn about your family’s needs, and help guide you to the right support. These sessions are welcoming, flexible, and built to meet you where you are — whether that’s learning to support your child, navigating a new identity, or just figuring out where to begin.

These sessions are also an important first step before joining any of our groups or programs.

What to Expect

Parent/Caregiver Groups

Parents of Teens & Pre-Teens

1st & 3rd Sundays • 1:00 – 2:30 PM PST

A community space for parents navigating gender identity with their teens and pre-teens. Share, learn, and grow with others who understand.

Parent Circle – Trans Littles

2nd & 4th Thursdays • 7:30 – 9:00 PM PST

Support and connection for parents and caregivers of transgender or gender-diverse kids ages 12 and under.

Parents of Trans Adults

2nd & 4th Sundays • 5:00 PM PST

This group is for parents of trans adults who are continuing to navigate family relationships and advocacy from a parent’s perspective.

Dual Spectrum Parent Group

2nd Monday • 5:30 – 7:00 PM PST

For parents and caregivers of youth who are both autistic and trans/nonbinary. A space to explore intersectional experiences and supportive parenting tools.

Grupo De Apoyo: Latine/X

2nd Wednesday • 5:00 – 6:00 PM PST

A bilingual space (English/Spanish) centering Latine families with trans or nonbinary loved ones. Come connect and learn together.

Southern States Family Group

1st & 3rd Sundays • 1:00 – 2:30 PM PST

For families living in the U.S. South, where access to affirming resources may be limited. This group offers regional support and connection.
